- Product Builder — enterprise tour operator database & application. Product Builder is a custom Windows application to manage the input and verification of vendor contracts for a tour operator. After verifying contracts for errors and completeness, data is exported via XML for import into a third-party reservations system.

- Provided Sceptre Tours with web-based management dashboards using Qlickview & custom ASP.Net pages.
- Data Translation – Created data files using VB.Net, XSLT, and VBA to draw from multiple data sources and conform to various schemas required by third-party software, vendors, and clients. These include:
- HTML Traveler Documents
- QuickBooks import files (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
- CSV files capable of being imported into the ASTRAL Airline Reservation System.
- XML files with various schema
- Custom Reporting Projects
- Collaborated with users to identify key data elements needed to increase efficiency and quality and to define report specifications to meet these needs.
- Utilized Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, MS Access, and MS Excel to create custom reports using multiple data sources, which were used throughout all levels and departments as the primary source of information.
- Developed process workflows to support internal process improvement initiatives.
- Created training materials and procedures, and trained supervisors and end-users in the proper use of hardware and software.
